- The stated prices include VAT and are the respective selling prices at the gallery.
- Packing, postal and carrying charges as well as insurance costs apply for shipping within the EU, additionally all duty fees for shipping outside the EU.
- The offering is subject to change; a sale contract is concluded only after order confirmation on our part in the form of an invoice total and after coordination of total costs with the purchaser.
- Shipping of the goods takes place against prepayment, i.e. after the invoice amount has been credited to the craft2eu account, or per credit card payment. The goods remain property of craft2eu and accordingly of the respective designer/craftspeople until full payment. An order needs to be confirmed by the customer by payment of the total amount within 10 days from invoice date. Manufacturing orders will only be bindingly forwarded to the respective designer/craftspeople if a minimum of 1/3 of the invoice total is paid.
- Graphics and text are subject to change and errors.
- In many cases we are dealing with unique copies that are for sale in the gallery as well or that can be ordered back by the artist for exhibitions, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of goods at the time of the online offering.
- Principally all products are handmade objects. Therefore, slight irregularities in form, colour and texture will not be accepted as basis for reclamation.
- We ask you to check the goods for defects upon receipt and to make a complaint to the delivery firm/courier if necessary. Within the EU a right to return the goods applies within 72 hours upon receipt - the customer bears reshipment costs.
- German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
